Leather is a natural material that requires proper care to maintain its durability and appearance. Failure to protect your leather goods from the following conditions may result in permanent damage:

• Extreme Temperatures
• Chemicals, Alcohol, or Sanitizers
• Constant Water or Sweat Exposure

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the product. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, customers must contact us at info@touchleather.co with:

1. A clear photograph of the defective product.
2. A detailed description of the issue and why it is believed to be a manufacturing defect.

Replacements or repairs are subject to review and approval by Touch Leather Management.
